We only collect the information you give us (your name, email, phone and shipping address) so we can fill your order, answer your messages and, if you sign up, send our newsletter. Our biscuits are treats, not a replacement for a balanced diet. Always supervise your dog while it eats treats. Our kitchen handles nuts, and our biscuits contain peanut butter. Check the ingredients if your dog has allergies, and ask your vet if you have questions. Prices and availability may change without notice.
We ship nationwide from Las Vegas, Nevada, for a flat $5.00 per biscuit order. Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. The recipe PDF is delivered by email.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Because our biscuits are food, we can't accept opened bags back. Digital products like the recipe PDF can't be refunded once they've been sent.
